Our Dish & Laundry Soap Block is a solid, plastic-free alternative to bottled dishwashing detergent that can also be used for laundry and general household cleaning. Made with coconut oil and a blend of citrus essential oils, the soap lathers quickly and helps cut through grease and everyday dirt.
This large 300g cleaning soap block is long-lasting, palm-oil free and vegan, and works in both hot and cold water.
What Can the Dish & Laundry Soap Block Be Used For?
Hand washing dishes: Wet a dish brush or sponge and rub it directly over the soap block to create a lather, then use the brush or sponge to wash dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans.
Laundry and stain treatment: Rub the soap block directly onto wet fabric to treat spots and stains before washing. The soap can also be finely grated for use when hand washing laundry.
General household cleaning: Use the soap with a wet brush, sponge or cleaning cloth for a variety of washable household surfaces and cleaning tasks.
A Plastic-Free Dishwashing Soap
Unlike conventional liquid dishwashing detergents supplied in plastic bottles, this solid dishwashing soap requires no plastic bottle and provides a simple, low-waste way to wash dishes by hand.
The concentrated solid format also means that only a small amount of soap is needed at a time. For best results, allow the block to dry between uses to help it last longer.
Citrus Essential Oils
The soap contains a citrus essential oil blend of D-Limonene, lemongrass, folded orange, lemon and grapefruit, giving the block its citrus fragrance and complementing the cleaning properties of the coconut-oil soap.
How to Use
Dishes: Remove excess food and grease from dishes. Wet a dish brush or sponge and rub it directly onto the soap block to create a lather. Wash dishes as usual. Lukewarm to hot water is recommended for best results, although the soap can also be used in cold water.
Laundry: Wet the fabric and rub the soap directly onto spots or stains before washing. The soap can also be finely grated for hand washing laundry.
Storage: Keep the soap block dry between uses to extend its life. Our Universal Soap Saver / Soap Gripper can be used to hold the block while washing or to help keep it raised and dry between uses.
Ingredients
Coconut Oil, Distilled Water, Caustic Potash, Caustic Soda, D-Limonene Essential Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Folded Orange Essential Oil, Lemon Essential Oil, Grapefruit Essential Oil, Annatto.
Palm-oil free, vegan, sulfate-free and paraben-free. Contains no synthetic fragrance or harsh detergents.
Important: This is a household cleaning soap and is not intended for body washing, hand washing or use on pets.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
For best results, use lukewarm to hot water and a dish brush or sponge. Wet your sponge or brush, and rub directly onto the bar to apply product. Keep bar dry between use.

Please remember: Our couriers can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls, chain stores, plots, farms, mines or certain outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can’t deliver to your address we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Our shipping partners (excluding PUDO, Paxi, Bob Box and PostNet) will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.
If you live in the main city centre then the approximate shipping time is 1-3 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.
Shipping Insurance:
- No liability cover is available for PostNet, Paxi , Bob Box or PUDO locker collections or deliveries.
