• Delivery to your nearest Paxi / Pep Stores (up to 5kg) from R70* (4-9 business days)
• Delivery via PUDO locker  to your Door (up to 5kg) from R75* (4-9 business days)
• Delivery to your nearest PostNet (up to 5kg) from R125* (4-9 business days)
• Collection (Cape Town only) from our place of business by prior arrangement

If the value of the goods in your cart is less than R850 then a shipping fee will be applied. You can select your preferred option by rate or what is most convenient.

All shipping rates are approximate only and subject to final validation. Surcharges for insurance, additional weight or regional or outlying areas may apply. We reserve the right to change the delivery method if your area is deemed a regional or outlying area by our shipping providers, which will be communicated to you.

Please remember: Our couriers can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls, chain stores, plots, farms, mines or certain outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can’t deliver to your address we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Our shipping partners (excluding PUDO, Paxi and PostNet) will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.

If you live in the main city centre then the approximate shipping time is 1-3 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.

Shipping Insurance:

• No liability cover is available for PostNet, Paxi , Bob Box or PUDO locker collections or deliveries.
• Shipping liability may exclude glass items* damaged during transit as per shipping and courier agents’ terms.
