    Hi Eulani I’m very happy with the Stinky Shampoo and Balm. It’s not as stinky as the name implies mind you! What I would really like is a detangler. My Scotties get very knotty and end up trying to bite me.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Shake well before use. Avoid contact with eyes, rectal or genital areas; in case of contact, rinse immediately with water. Do not use on cats. Do not use on nursing bitches or puppies under 8 weeks old. Keep on for 10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly. Repeat weekly until improvement is observed.

  • Delivery to your nearest PUDO locker (up to 5kg) from R70* (4-9 business days)
  • Delivery to your nearest Paxi / Pep Stores (up to 5kg) from R70* (4-9 business days)
  • Delivery via PUDO locker to your Door (up to 5kg) from R75* (4-9 business days)
  • Delivery to your nearest PostNet (up to 5kg) from R125* (4-9 business days)
  • Collection (Cape Town only) from our place of business by prior arrangement

If the value of the goods in your cart is less than R750 then a shipping fee will be applied. You can select your preferred option by rate or what is most convenient for you.

Please remember: Our couriers can only deliver to street addresses and they do not deliver to embassies, malls and chain stores, plots, farms, mines and to some outlying towns and townships. If our couriers can’t deliver to your address we’ll contact you to make alternative arrangements. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

Our shipping partners (excluding PUDO, Paxi and PostNet) will deliver to your physical address, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. If you are at a business address during working hours then please register these details for your courier delivery unless someone is at home to sign for your parcel.

If you live in the main city centre then the approximate shipping time is 1-3 working days, nationwide. If you live in an outlying area delivery may take up to 7 working days. The shipping time of heavy goods, bulk purchases and to regional areas is generally 3-5 working days.


Shipping Insurance:

  • There is no liability cover available for PostNet, Paxi or PUDO locker collections or deliveries.
  • Shipping liability may exclude glass items* damaged during transit as per shipping and courier agents’ terms.

Collections are welcome by prior arrangement only. No walk-in trade is allowed.  There are no same-day order delivery or collection options available.
